Lead consultant, for the assessment and creation of the AMI roadmap for the Bermuda Electric Light Company (BELCO) Smart Grid Modernization Project.  
•	Employed a small but focused team approach towards an assessment of the utility to identify weaknesses, strengths and targets of opportunity where maximum ROI could be realized.
•	Identified areas in revenue assurance, distribution automation, distributed generation and the overall benefits of moving to Advanced Metering Infrastructure.  
•	Created a five year roadmap, budget and milestone plan to include identification of risks, opportunities and threats to the success of the project.  

Identified and led grant application opportunities targeting Water Conservation Grants.  
•	Matched grant opportunities to likely customer candidates researching and quantifying the expected ROI and revenue recovery for the City of Topeka by instituting a leak detection system . 
•	Worked directly with utility to cost justify and ultimately generate the grant submission.  
•	Utility received award of $300,000 for the City of Topeka leading to an additional $185K of revenue opportunity for the company.  

Assigned as the Director of the Service Delivery Team tasked to identify weaknesses and raise the maturity level of the project management team.  
•	Instituted professional development programs aimed to increase the number of PMP certified consultants.

Responsible for product and project management of all products within the GPS satellite communications product line.  Responsible to define requirements and business case to define product roadmap, bring new products to market, coordinate all activities to include ensuring all engineering deliverables are met and product launch is completed to meet market demand and corporate objectives.  Key accomplishments include: 
•	Defined requirements and led effort to bring monitor and control device to market in support of entry into cold chain transportation market.  Led partner selection, negotiation and project to complete software integration between each company’s asset management tools.  Subsequent to agreement acted as capture manager to secure $3.2 million contract with nation’s largest refrigerated trucking company.  
•	Defined requirements and managed project to bring a Container Intrusion Detection Device (CIDD) to market which delivers security and tracking capability for the DoD and commercial multi-modal community.    
•	Managed project to deliver SkyBitz next generation satellite tracking device.  Performed market research, defined requirements and managed development project which involved managing cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware and software), establishing manufacturing and leading the new product introduction phase.  
•	Negotiated and secured GSA contract schedule with expected annual revenue of $1.5 million. 
•	As a Senior Director, responsible to chair bi-weekly Product Line Management meeting and Product Development status meetings.

Responsible for leading four regional teams of program and project managers providing project management, delivery of software and hardware services as well as sales support.  Responsible to maintain department budgets, head counts, revenue forecasts and drive profitability consistent with corporate goals and objectives.  Key accomplishments include: 
•	Met annual services revenue generation targets of $20 million.      
•	Established processes and SLAs to reduce operating costs.
•	Instituted key performance indicators and metrics to ensure all department objectives were met.
•	Aligned customer operations and support departments into regional teams improving communications between Sales and project delivery teams.

Senior Director, Program Management

As a member of the T-Mobile Key Account Management office responsible for delivery of all Intelligent Network and Prepay solutions to the end customer.  Acted as part of the CORE-3 team (Account Management, Project Management and Technical Solutions) to define solutions, business proposals and project plans in pursuit of new business capture.  Responsible for all facets of project lifecycle to include ensuring all project deliverables were met, meeting or exceeding customer expectations in both delivery and quality and meeting internal revenue and margin goals and objectives.  Key accomplishments include: 
•	Managed design, development, and integration of three distinct multi-vendor  networks into a single network offering.  This project involved an $8.6 million budget and delivered project deliverables in three phases over three years with installation of network elements in 10 separate locations.  This was in fact, the first implementation of the CAPv2 standard in a North American Market.
•	Responsible for all New Product Introduction program to include delivery of Billing Gateway, Mobile Switching Centers and Intelligent Network solutions.
•	Managed multiple projects to increase performance, capacity and capabilities of T-Mobile’s Intelligent Network leading to subscriber growth from 3.6 million subscribers towards a target of 12 million subscribers.
•	Managed integration of Cingular’s California network into the T-Mobile network including all Radio Access Network (RAN) and CORE network elements.
•	Managed software rollout projects to Radio Access Network (BSC, BTS) and Core Network (MSC, Billing Gateway).
•	Managed development and implementation of first delivery of Wireless Priority Service to allow for uninterrupted wireless service to key government officials and agencies
