Edward Woodford is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zero Hash, a leading crypto-as-a-service platform based in the Greater Chicago Area. He has held this position since September 2017 and has been instrumental in the company's growth, which has included securing over $170 million in funding from prominent investors such as Bain Capital Ventures and Point72 Ventures. Under his leadership, Zero Hash has settled over $11 billion in transaction volume and serves a diverse range of clients, including neo-banks and broker-dealers.23
Woodford's career in fintech began with the co-founding of Seed CX, a derivatives execution venue that was acquired by Dough, Inc. in 2017. He also co-founded How App, a European-based fintech company, and has held various roles in financial analysis and research at organizations such as Lansdowne Partners and the University of Warwick.13
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Warwick and a Master's degree in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
