He is a blockchain, crypto security, SAAS, healthcare tech, IOT, mobile, gaming, and robotics expert. Ed has participated in over 200 corporate development deals, including several board memberships and advisory roles. He is a former President & Board Member at CashBet, which was acquired by Novomatic / GreenTube. Ed is a US issued Master Patents holder and a board member at the Milt Olin Foundation. He is an active angel investor and member of the FundersClub with extensive experience supporting all operational functions from startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
Ed was an early and key contributor at NexTag, a comparison shopping company that eventually had a $1.2B exit in 2008. Later, he joined Adobe and worked with the CFO to cut operational costs by $100M a year, which increased Adobe's market cap to $13B. In 2002, Ed joined Placeware, where he led the due diligence process in integrating the company into Microsoft with a $200M exit. Before becoming President & Board Member at CashBet, he was COO/Corp Dev/Bus Dev at Finxera Inc., CFO at Become.com, Founder/Chairman/CEO at SonicJam, Inc., Vice President of Finance & Administration at Adchemy, Inc., and Corporate Controller at NexTag, Inc.
