I was seconded to Nuveen Real Estate to work as their European Insurance Manager for 2.5 days a week whilst continuing to work for the Aon Real Estate team. I was responsible for providing insurance advice and support on Nuveen's European Insurance programme interacting regularly with Fund Managers, Asset Managers and their wider Real Estate network. I reported into the Head of Retail Asset Management and Global Risk Manager in the US. I was tasked with coming up with ways to maximise efficiencies and to streamline the insurance process across the EMEA and AsiaPac regions.

I work within Aon’s specialist real estate team working closely with our clients to deliver bespoke insurance solutions to provide the best protection for their assets. I am part of a team of more than 50 real estate insurance professionals with specialties including client services, insurance placement, claims and risk management.

I am based at Aon’s global headquarters at 122 Leadenhall Street, London. We are supported by a network of offices across 20 European territories that provide a joined up service to our clients who own assets across Europe. 

We work with real estate investors of all shapes and sizes including but not limited to Private Equity, Fund Managers, Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Property Developers, Student Accommodation providers and Residential Block programmes.

Client Manager - Real Estate

Responsible for the the day to day handling of large Commercial and Retail Real Estate clients with assets in the UK and across Europe. 
 
Developed and grown strong relationships with leading company market underwriters as well as a number of Lloyd's syndicates within the UK and European terrorism markets.

Involved with the placement of complex legal indemnity policies extending to Judicial review, Chancel Repair, restrictive covenant, Defective Title and Rights of Light insurance.
