Edward Sosnowski

Edward Sosnowski is a seasoned sales leader and continuous improvement expert, currently serving as the Director of Solution Engineering at Supplyframe, a Design-to-Source Intelligence platform for the global electronics value chain. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University and a Master's in Industrial Operations from Lawrence Technological University.

Sosnowski has a passion for customer-focused business strategies and his goal is to enable organizations to improve their engineering and procurement teams through Supplyframe's sourcing intelligence tools. He is an active member of the lean community, having served as the former Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the Oakland University Pawley Lean Institute and formerly on the Board of Directors for the Great Lakes region of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence.

With over a decade of experience leading sales and sales operations teams, Sosnowski has developed expertise in solution engineering, project and program management, and business strategy. He is Lean and Kaizen certified and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Sosnowski previously held roles at Light Guide Systems, Plex Systems, Inc., United Solar Ovonic, E&E Manufacturing, and SupplySolution.
