Edward holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento. He also completed certificates in areas such as Chief Business Officer, Process Management Auditing, and Fundamentals of Project Management.
With a rich professional background, Edward has served in key positions such as the Director of Strategy and Innovation at the Sacramento City Unified School District. He has also contributed his expertise as a Consultant and Guest Lecturer at Eldridge Consulting Services and held leadership roles at Stockton Unified School District, Lodi Unified School District, and Sacramento City Unified School District, focusing on educational services, research, assessment, and program evaluation.
