Edward Diaz is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in military and federal government civil service positions. During his eight years of program and process management, he has consistently demonstrated his skills in patient process flow analysis, business requirement development, and manpower analysis. His expertise in planning and conducting a comprehensive analysis using a wide range of evaluative techniques to assess long-range program planning is noteworthy. Diaz is an experienced communicator, capable of providing written and oral recommendations for policies and procedures. His knowledge of medical terminology, PII, and HIPPA requirements is admirable. Diaz studied a Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Marshall University.

As a Hospital Corpsman, Surgical Tech at the United States Navy for several years, Diaz developed and honed his technical and practical skills. Today, he is proficient working independently or in a team environment, and he is trained in Microsoft and other office products.
