Eduardo Raphaelli

Eduardo Raphaelli is a professional with five years of experience in the fields of Project Finance and Investment Banking, specializing in M&A, ECM, and DCM across various sectors such as energy, highways, public sanitation, and airports. His expertise includes working on greenfield and brownfield projects, prospecting business opportunities with clients, constructing complex financial models compliant with BRGAAP and IFRS, advising on pre and post-auction activities, and involvement in structuring operations to secure funding from the country's major financing sources. Eduardo has a solid background in creating presentations (pitches) and engaging in negotiations with commercial banks. He has also led syndicated operations as part of the syndicate.

Eduardo pursued his education at the Universidade de Mannheim in Germany and achieved a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
