Eduardo Gargevcich

Eduardo Gargevcich is an accomplished civil engineer with expertise in incorporating technology and innovative solutions within construction. After studying at Colegio Salesiano San José and the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, where he earned his Técnico Electrónico and Ingeniero Civil degrees in Ciencias Exactas, respectively, he embarked on a career that combined his passion for technology with his profession as an engineer. He has held various leadership positions at EDILIZIA Desarrollos Constructivos, including Líder Área Gerenciamientos, Líder Área Costos, Líder Área Obras, Director de Tecnología, Desarrollo e Innovación, and Líder Área Tecnología. He has also worked at Marelli Constructora SA, Milicic SA, and Rinaudo Cia Constructora.

Gargevcich's expertise includes implementing building information modeling (BIM), virtual design and construction (VDC), and Lean Construction in construction projects. He is also exploring how concepts like Agile can incorporate Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) or Target Value Delivery (TVD) models to further develop the construction sector. Additionally, he enjoys analyzing unconventional solutions, optimizing processes and services, creating and leading multi-disciplinary teams, giving trainings, structuring workflows, and programming in various languages. He also serves as the executive director of the Lean Construction Institute (AR).
