Edsel Batucan is an accomplished College Counselor with over 7 years of experience and a Developing Program Manager with a background in non-profit, community-based organizations, secondary schools, and higher education sectors.

With expertise in college counseling, career development, student development, and project/program management, Edsel holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology with a focus on Counseling & Guidance from NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education & Human Development.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and coursework in Spanish Language from Universidad del Salvador.

Throughout his career, Edsel has held various roles such as Assistant Director of College Guidance & Transition, Program Manager of College Guidance & Transition, Senior Program Coordinator, and College Guidance Coordinator at The Opportunity Network.
