Throughout her career, Edna has held various roles in impactful organizations such as the Coalition of Ethiopian Civil Society Organizations for Election (CECOE), Solidarity Movement for a New Ethiopia (SMNE), International Republican Institute, USAID Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS), The Bridges Institute, Cardno International Development, The Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI), International Medical Corps, Save the Children, and the Dabe Development Project.
