I create and copyedit website content, newsletters, and other internal documents for PHGB; in essence, I am helping collectively build PHGB's brand. I also assist the Sales team by implementing various CRM-related functions while keeping the team's contacts organized. Lastly, with my experience in health/wellness and my up-and-coming health coach certification, I am helping PHGB create unique snacks and nutrition bars.

Brand Communications Manager and Copywriter

I manage documentation and implementation of new process improvements and initiatives across the Customer Success team. I own all customer content including our knowledge base articles, guides, best practices, and videos to help create a more self-serve environment for customers at scale (support.fullcontact.com). I host live webinars, on a bi-weekly basis, to onboard our new customers. I also help manage the reporting and metrics analysis for the Customer Success department.

As the ‘backbone’ of the team, I provide data-driven and anecdotal recommendations to leadership to better handle customer churn and conversion/growth. I own the one-to-many onboarding and concierge strategy in servicing both Data Solutions and Apps customers. Furthermore, I aid in the recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding process for any new Customer Success team member. As a trusted advisor and liaison, I manage 70+ FullContact accounts in the Pacific region.

As the conduit between departments to facilitate cross-functional partnerships and relationships (between product/engineering, sales, and marketing), I manage internal feature requests based on my team's feedback.
