Michel Duindam is a seasoned finance professional with a wealth of experience in the field. He has worked in various finance positions, enabling him to hone his skills in planning & control, budget, operational models, and activity-based costing. In 2017, Michel stepped into the world of interim finance to apply his expertise in helping companies as an interim senior finance professional. He is an all-rounded senior financial professional with a keen eye for details, enabling him to oversee all financial management matters. He is passionate about helping all departments in the organization, including operations, sales, and IT, and he is always looking for opportunities to build trusted relationships and develop others. Michel also has a deep understanding of lean methodologies, ERP, cost-saving, reorganization, restructuring, procurement, and change management, making him an asset to any organization.

Michel is a graduate of the Haarlem Business School, where he studied Management, Economics, and Law. He has since gone ahead to work for several organizations in various capacities, including Mastervolt, B/E Aerospace, Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition, PPG Industries, Accenture, pladis Global, Chubb Fire & Security - NL, NBCUniversal Media, LLC, Kite Pharma, and Carrier HVAC.
