He is a licensed attorney with a background in drafting, negotiating agreements, legal due diligence, and closing numerous business, corporate, and real estate transactions. Eddie has seven years of private practice experience at top-tier law firms, representing various entities in diverse transactions.

Eddie has a proven track record of leveraging his multidisciplinary expertise to achieve success in project-oriented results within finance-related and other business ventures. He excels in creating innovative transaction structures for complex real estate and corporate finance, opportunistic investments, and joint ventures with private equity firms, hedge funds, banks, investors, and developers.

As a highly effective negotiator, legal and financial advisor, Eddie is often sought after as a speaker and panelist at finance industry conferences and events. He has managed in-house legal aspects of numerous firms and overseen outside counsel.
