Hugo Sacks is a seasoned business change manager, with a wealth of experience in renewable energy and operations management. He currently serves as the Business Change Manager at Lightsource BP, a leading global solar energy company. Prior to this, he held several senior management positions in the company, including Planning Improvement Manager and O&M Planning Manager.

Hugo's journey into the renewable energy sector began after he obtained his NVQ Level 3 in First Line Management from Birmingham Metropolitan College. He also studied at Kings College Taunton and Monmouth boys school, where he obtained his GCSEs and A-levels, respectively, in Business Studies, Geography, and Design & Technology.

Before joining Lightsource BP, Hugo worked as an Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator at GENSERVE (GENERAL TECHNICAL SERVICES) LIMITED. He also started his own business, HM-Stox Ltd, and worked as an Apprentice Plumber at WHITEHOUSE PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD.

Hugo's experience in the energy sector has equipped him with a broad range of skills, from operations management to business change management. He is passionate about renewable energy and is always looking for ways to shift the mindset of conventional energy use and generation.
