He is a notable figure in the AI and Cyber Security industries and is currently XRVision's CEO. He is also a board advisor and mentor to various startups in Singapore and Israel.

Guy Ron studied Information Systems Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey - Rutgers Business School. Throughout his career, Guy has served in several leadership positions, including Managing Director at Bayon Cyber Security, Group-Wide Cyber Security Strategy at BHP Billiton, and various roles at Microsoft Corporation, including Asia Industry Director, Homeland Security & Cyber Security, and APAC Industry Manager, Public Safety & Cyber Security. He has also served as VP R&D at Shelron Group and held positions in R&D leadership roles, including Israel Ministry of Defense.
