Christina Klein, a Certified Massage Practitioner and Personal Trainer, has a passion for helping individuals perform their daily activities without pain and discomfort. Born and raised in Maui, she witnessed firsthand how massage therapy can benefit injuries, as her mother was a massage therapist.

Christina's competitive side shone through at a young age, as she became a tennis player at nine years old. She obtained a scholarship to play collegiate tennis at Westmont College in Santa Barbara. However, her first year there was bittersweet, as she encountered a low back injury that rubbed off her potential. Her doctor suspected a bulging disk, and she needed an MRI for further treatment. By merely receiving two weeks of massage therapy when she went back home to Maui, she was able to return to college and play tennis with no pain and improved range of motion.

This experience made Christina realize how much more impact proper training and therapy could have on one's body. She then went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and became a massage practitioner and personal trainer to assist others going through the same kind of injuries. Her work philosophy is that self-care, therapy, and corrective exercises are fundamental elements to help individuals perform better.

Aside from being a certified therapist and trainer, Christina is an active tennis instructor and teaches lessons on private and public tennis courts in Santa Barbara, CA. She has previously worked as a Physical Therapy Aide and even a Varsity Tennis Coach for Girls and Boys at Laguna Blanca High School.
