Alexandra Wahl

Alexandra Wahl is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in law, specializing in areas such as family law, estate disputes, civil litigation, and more.

Having obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Georgia, Alex has honed her legal expertise through various roles in different law firms and organizations.

During her time at SMU Dedman School of Law, she actively engaged in pro bono work, volunteering for Catholic Charities of Dallas Legal Services and interning with Block & Garden, LLP, while also gaining international exposure through studying comparative international law at University College in Oxford, England.

Post-graduation, Alex worked as a clerk for Judge Jane Boyle in the U.S. Federal District Court, where she handled research, drafted orders, and attended federal trials.

Her professional journey includes stints at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, McClure Law Group, Spencer Law, PC, Parsons McEntire McCleary, and her current role as an Associate Attorney at Wick Phillips, focusing on civil litigation encompassing commercial disputes, probate matters, products liability, and insurance defense.

Beyond her legal career, Alex is deeply committed to community service, providing pro bono services for the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, serving as a board chair for the T. Boone Pickens Leadership Institute, and being actively involved in organizations like the Junior League of Dallas and Ronald McDonald House of Dallas.

She is a founding member and former advisory board participant of 'The One' Society, a non-profit young professionals' group that has raised substantial funds for Children's Medical Center.

Apart from her professional and philanthropic endeavors, Alex enjoys activities like cooking, reading, traveling, and cherishing moments with her family and pets.
