He has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BV Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT). Nikhil has worked globally on critical and strategic projects and gained valuable experience.

As a former consultant, his expertise lies in understanding and analyzing workplace culture within organizations and the study of behavioral sciences, which explores how people think, learn, behave, and impact society. During his stint at Northern Ireland, he gained systems knowledge and trained team members, resulting in round-the-clock system availability and faster response times, earning him the "Spotted" award.

In his career, he has extensively worked on projects related to Learning and Development, Competency Mapping, and designing Employee Engagement initiatives for various organizations. Nikhil aspires to facilitate leaders and organizations' transformation to thrive and contribute to the world's extraordinary possibilities and challenges.

Education is essential to Nikhil. He attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his 10th grade and received his Masters's in School of Management and Labor Studies from TISS.

Nikhil's professional experience includes Field and Summer Internships at Aditya Birla Group, Future Generali India Life Insurance, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Enquero, and Sapphire Foods India Pvt. Ltd. He served as a Mainframe Developer at Allstate and engaged in Situated Learning with The Akshaya Patra Foundation.
