Jim Frome is an experienced technology marketing and management professional with over 24 years of experience. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at SPS Commerce, he oversees operations, sales, global strategy, and marketing. During his time at SPS, Frome has played a crucial role in establishing the company's leadership position in cloud-based supply chain management.

Before joining SPS Commerce, Frome served as the Divisional Vice President of Marketing at Sterling Software and as the Director of Product Management at Information Advantage. He also held several marketing and product development positions, with a focus on building business partnerships and resellers for IBM's AS400 division.

A recognized industry leader, Frome has authored many whitepapers, published numerous articles, and has been a featured speaker at retail industry and customer events. He is also a former board member of Erik's Ranch & Retreats.
