Cayan has held various leadership positions in well-known companies in the IT market, including Tapps Games, By Aliens Limited, and Walar IT Business. As COO and CFO of By Aliens Limited, he played a critical role in guiding and supporting the company's growth with sales over R$ 500 million. Currently, Cayan serves as the COO & CFO at By Aliens, an international publisher for mobile gaming companies.
