Ryan Sweeney is a nonprofit fundraising professional with a keen passion for data-driven operations and innovative technologies. He has a wealth of experience in leading teams and managing organizations in the nonprofit world to improve outcomes for clients, exceed fundraising goals, and responsively engage donors. Currently serving as the Operations Officer at the Minnesota Zoo Foundation, Ryan provides financial, strategic, organizational, and human resources management, overseeing the Operations team. Before joining the Minnesota Zoo Foundation, Ryan served as the Major Gifts Operations Manager and Development and Stewardship Manager at Gilda's Club Twin Cities. He has also worked in various capacities at Cardinal Camera, Benjamin Franklin House, Bear Creek Camp, and La Rabida Children's Hospital.
