She has extensive experience in designing organizational culture and engagement programs, developing HR scorecards, and delivering strategic business insights. Drawing on her master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology, Gerson advises leaders, teams, and individuals on how to foster a growth mindset and belonging culture for lasting results. As Founder and CEO of the Psych Safe Culture Center, she offers consulting, coaching, and speaking services to improve collaboration, inclusion, and integrity in all types of work environments. Gerson also previously served as President of the Kansas City Organization Development Network (KCODN) and held a range of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness management roles at Epiq, Allstate, and various branches of the US military.
