Sam Goldman is an experienced leader with a passion for building communities and creating extraordinary experiences. He has helped numerous organizations transform and thrive through his work in philanthropy, political mobilization, organization growth, communications, policy, and leadership development. Goldman studied Political Science and Government at Bates College and has held various positions, including Director of Strategic Engagement at Conservation Lands Foundation, California Program Director, and Wilderness Coordinator at The Wilderness Society. He has also worked for Obama for America, M+R Strategic Services, Green Corps, and as a Donor Relations and Gifts Officer at Burning Man. At Burning Man, Goldman helps ensure resources are available to facilitate and extend its culture to create grand and awe-inspiring experiences that address social problems and inspire a sense of community, culture, and personal engagement.
