Returned to the brand for a more elevated role of Regional Sales and Artistry Manager for the brand across Scotland, Ireland and the North of England. Duties include staff training, sales, tester orders, KPI monitoring and attending monthly business manager meetings in London.
I also lead events and master classes all over the region, both in store and at make up academies.

Studio Manager for Bobbi Brown's flagship account in the North, leading a team of 13. Responsible for development of the team to reach counter target and personal goals in the company. Rota's, targets, lesson diary organisation, event planning and sales are all part of my purview, coupled with hitting my own personal KPI's.

Assisted Local Heritage Officer with the launch of Historic Glasgow website. Duties included:
- collecting, writing and editing content for the website.
- code training to upload and edit website when needed.
- accompanied Local Heritage officer to meetings and events.
- in charge of a team of 10 volunteers who where collecting information for the site.
- lias with different organisations, council committees and charities to make the website work seamlessly.

Ran the store when management was not present. Open and closed the store, dealt with cash handling. Visual Merchandising of store to increase sales. Organised and implemented training for all make up products in store, to drive sales.
