Sergei Shchebetov is an accomplished top executive with vast experience in managing multi-billion dollar businesses in diverse industries. He has successfully led numerous capital transactions in emerging markets, including the first two Russian IPOs over $1 billion. He has chaired and been a board member of over 25 boards of directors in Russia and has functional expertise in general management, strategy, marketing, restructuring, M&A, finance, and investments.

Sergei's international experience includes Russia, Turkey, India, Egypt, Vietnam, the USA, and former USSR countries. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on finance and general management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Master of Science (MS) in Physics from Novosibirsk State University.

Currently, Sergei serves as the Managing Partner at Trifecta Capital Partners. In the past, he served as the Chairman of the Board at Comstar-UTS and МТС, an Independent Board Member at Promsvyazbank, Member Board of Directors at Sistema-Hals, CEO at Sistema Telecom, and Head of Corporate Development at AFK Sistema and Integrum.
