Shawn Dunning is a Conflict Resolution Specialist at Pollack Peacebuilding Systems with extensive experience in leadership training, team development, and collaborative problem-solving. He obtained his M.S. from George Mason University and his B.A. from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

Before joining Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, Dunning worked as a Senior Advisor, Leadership & Training and Global Director of Leadership & Training at Search for Common Ground. He also served as Director, Leadership Wisdom Initiative in the same organization. Additionally, he has worked as a Freelance Consultant at self-employed, Senior Facilitator, and Chief Operations Officer at Adventure Associates Inc.

Dunning's specialties include facilitation, executive team building, mediation, coaching, conflict analysis and resolution, emotional intelligence, and communication. He is also a trained South Pole Winterover Team Trainer and has worked as Senior Associate for Adventure Programming at Search for Common Ground.
