During his time at Cisco, he served as Head of Partner & Scale Business Unit, Head of Enterprise IT Sales, Head of Automation Practice, and Director of Sales Operations - Service Provider, Data Centre & Cloud, among other titles.

Eaton is also an entrepreneur, having co-founded The Blind Cobbler, a company dedicated to providing authentic craftsmanship and repair services for high-end shoes.
