Lange Parks Luntao is a third-generation public school teacher hailing from Stockton, California, with a passion for educational justice and empowering stakeholders in the community. Currently serving as the Director of External Relations at The Education Trust-West, he collaborates with colleagues to drive impactful campaigns for policy victories benefiting students of color and those in underprivileged situations.

With a rich background, Lange has held various leadership roles, including Founding Executive Director at the Reinvent Stockton Foundation, President of the Stockton Unified School District Board of Trustees, and a high school ethnic studies teacher. He champions causes like college readiness, restorative practices, and ending the school-to-prison pipeline. Lange holds degrees from prestigious institutions like Harvard University, Loyola Marymount University, and Stanford University, and has been involved in organizations such as Education Pioneers and Harvard Asian American Alumni Association.
