•	Led the successful product roll-out of a 400+ store implementation of a buy online pick up at store initiative
•	Collaborate with business owners, enterprise architects, and product teams to define and implement a multi-year software modernization effort
•	Introduced modern UI/UX practices to historically developer driven user interface designs
•	Cultivate a Scrum environment that empowers teams to innovate and deliver excellent products for our customers

Leader of a rapidly expanded product management team supporting web and mobile applications for Ahold Delhaize grocery chains. 

•	Managed a product team of 28 product owners, managers, business consultants and UI/UX designers supporting the development of web and mobile applications for 5 grocery brands. 
•	Responsible for $20+ million capital and expense budget for product development and projects
•	Oversaw the rapid expansion of online loyalty services driving a 400% increase in usage by customers
•	Promoted common Scrum practices across 3 internal development centers and 1 off-shore team. 
•	Owner of technology implementation for new order online and pickup at-store pilot

Led cross-functional teams to drive the implementation and delivery of complex and large-scale web and mobile projects. 

•	Implemented Oracle ATG as a common technology platform for 5 websites including new customer facing designs 
•	Managed new mobile app design and technology implementation supporting 5 iOS and 5 Android applications
•	Led the responsive redesign and development of 5 brand sites emphasizing home page personalization for account holders that resulted in a 20% increase in visitors and 30% reduction in customer support calls
•	Introduced a new cloud-based analytics platform to support internal and external customer KPI tracking
•	Established a cross-functional A/B testing team to drive web and mobile data driven improvements

Director Web Service Center

Senior Manager responsible a team specializing in the analysis, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and project management of innovative web (and eventually mobile) applications for two of the Ahold grocery brands. 

•	Led the creation of the first iOS and Android mobile apps for Stop & Shop and Giant Foods brands
•	Managed the creation of responsive custom list building application for in-store shopping that supported unique product mixes and item locations for 400+ stores
•	Piloted new web feature that allowed customers to pre-order deli items online that would be prepped for pickup in-store
•	Provided leadership for conversion to Scrum within our department

Sr. Manager Web Product Management

•	Managed creation of new web ordering tool, including customer service and store operations portals that generated over $5 million in orders in the first year
•	Led the implementation of two new websites supporting Ahold brick and mortar companies 
•	Collaborated with marketing on first web based digital offers that customers could “load” to their in-store loyalty cards
