Ed Warnicke

Ed Warnicke is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in physics and mathematics. He holds a master's degree in physics from Rutgers University and a bachelor's degree in mathematics and physics from Purdue University. Ed is a co-founder and committer at Network Service Mesh, a tac member at Linux Foundation Public Health, and has previously held positions at numerous organizations including Linux Foundation, CNCF, OpenDaylight Project, and Cisco. He has also served as a technical steering committee chair and board member at FD.io.

Ed possesses extensive experience in open source software development and has made significant contributions to open-source projects. He has specialized knowledge in cloud-native technologies, software-defined networking, and network virtualization. Ed's interests include new trends in cloud-native and open-source technologies, SDN, NFV, and network service mesh.
