Ed Wallis is a highly experienced trial lawyer who has helped numerous businesses and individuals solve their problems through creative strategies, hard work, and efficient systems. With over 30 years of experience, he has represented clients throughout the nation, primarily in Tennessee and Arkansas, in a broad range of practice areas, including professional liability, commercial litigation, construction litigation, transportation law and litigation, employment contractual litigation, trade secret, non-compete, consumer fraud, and real estate litigation. After graduating from the University of Richmond School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Ed joined Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, PC as a Civil, Business, and Complex Litigation Attorney, where he provides an early and quick evaluation, assessment, and resolution of claims or lawsuits by private mediation when appropriate. He is also an avid endurance athlete, having completed numerous half marathons, trail races, a 10-mile Spartan race, and triathlons.
