Ed Volkwein

Ed Volkwein is a seasoned marketing professional with a diverse background in industries ranging from food to video games. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business where he earned his MBA in Marketing, and also holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Princeton University. Ed has held senior marketing positions at prominent companies such as Philips, Sega of America, and Funk & Wagnalls, as well as General Foods and Chesebrough Ponds, Inc. He has also served on the board of various organizations including Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital, John Bapst Memorial High School, Blue Hill Chamber of Commerce and Blue Hill Harbor School, where he was the founder chairman.

Ed specializes in finding unfulfilled needs in the market and using targeted tools on the web to capitalize on opportunities, but acknowledges that speed can both make or break a potential success story.
