Ed Treister

Dr. Ed Treister is a passionate individual dedicated to empowering Jews to celebrate their cultural identity.

With a strong academic background, Ed holds an EdD in Education Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston, an MAHL in Rabbinics from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion-Cincinnati, and a BA in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Toronto.

Throughout his career, Ed has held various roles including Rabbi at large at At Large, Course Co-ordinator and Instructor in English language skills at Open University of Israel, Teacher at Katznelson High School, and Executive Director at Central Agency for Jewish Education in Louisville KY.

He has also served as a Rabbi at Congregation Shaarei Tzedek, Congregation Beth Am, and Temple Rodeph Shalom.

Ed Treister's mission is to help individuals embrace and enrich their Jewish heritage, fostering a sense of community and moral sensitivity among Jews worldwide.
