Head Sales Manager for Game Tech at Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Global Head of Sales 

AWS Game Tech enables studios, developers, and publishers to build, run, and grow their games, including those in iGaming. We also help Independent Software Vendors and Partners focused on the games industry; partnering with them on a mutual go to market strategy.

As the Head of North (Nordics, Baltics, and BENELUX countries: 11 in total), I am responsible for creating and executing a go to market sales strategy. Our team helps customers ranging from SMB and startup to large Enterprises. Due to the success in the Nordics, I was promoted and given additional responsibilities and countries, specifically, the BENELUX countries.

Specific areas of focus:
• Lead a cross-functional team and sales professionals against ambitious sales targets
• Lead Games industry and ecosystem engagement and business development efforts for AWS across 11 countries
• Design and execute sales strategy while ensuring operational excellence

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Principal Sales Manager - Game Tech

Built a talented team of five cloud professionals and game enthusiasts focused on helping game studios, game publishers, and game ISVs to innovate and grow their business through increased adoption of AWS’ cloud services. Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the eight countries within the Nordics and Baltic Republics, including cross-functional and cross-regional activities to drive long-term success. 

Highlights:
• 2020: Built a new team and go-to market strategy in a white space vertical from the ground up

Senior Sales Manager - Game Tech

Responsible for building out go-to market sales strategy for the Nordics and Baltic republics, while growing and maintaining a subset of games customers. This encompasses sales, business development, and marketing within the region while covering account management for my set of games customers. 

Highlights:
• 2019: Built out Nordics go-to market games strategy
• 2019: 122% revenue attainment
• 2018: 101% revenue attainment

Senior Named Account Executive - Gaming Industry

Responsible for growing and developing a subset of games customers in Nordics and Baltic republics. This encompasses sales, business development, and marketing within the region while covering account management for my set of games customers.

• 2016: 152% revenue attainment

Named Account Executive - Gaming Industry

I was responsible for sales with startup companies in Silicon Valley area. We were working with a team of business development professionals, sales, and marketing aimed to increase AWS adoption in one of technology's hottest startup areas.

• 2014: Business Essentials and Technical Essentials certified

Account Manager - Startups

I led sales, training, and go to market strategy with one of EMC’s top partners: PC Connection. Along with marketing and business development, we were working on driving revenue and adoption with our mutual customers.

• 2013: 130% net new attainment

Channel Sales Account Manager

I was responsible for sales and channel relationships in one of our most competitive region: Seattle, Washington. During this time, we on-boarded several new resellers and built a consultative relationship with over 70 customers.

Mid Market Account Manager

I was responsible for generating new opportunities for our sales and marketing teams. I spent countless hours on the phone to call prospects to drive more revenue for EMC.
