Ed Miranda

Ed Miranda is a seasoned professional with a career spanning over two decades in acquisition and development processes within the hospitality and real estate sectors. His expertise encompasses due diligence, financial feasibility studies, securing permits, team coordination, and construction management. He initiated his journey at The Breakers Hotel, Palm Beach, and later undertook significant improvement projects at various renowned properties under Wayne Huizenga's portfolio. Ed also collaborated with The Blackstone Group and played a pivotal role in expanding resort properties post their acquisition of Wyndham International. Additionally, he ventured into select-service branded hotels with major flags like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, and is presently focused on upscale multi-family and lodging properties development in South Florida. Ed's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, where he has also lectured graduate courses.
