Ed Hernandez is an accomplished business professional with over 15 years of experience in project management and consulting. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-sized organizations, and nationally recognized non-profit organizations. He specializes in problem-solving across various industries such as Real Estate, Consumer Goods and Services, Professional Services, and Non-Profit organizations. His expertise in organization development, strategic management, and financial management allows him to tackle complex projects, manage priorities, and achieve successful outcomes. He holds a Masters in Organizational Development with honors, an MBA focusing on Strategic Management, and a Bachelors in Financial Management. Additionally, he is a USC Certificate holder in Real Estate Development and a licensed California real estate broker and REALTOR®.

Ed is People-oriented, optimistic, enthusiastic, and a creative problem-solver who inspires confidence in others through his self-reliance and positive sense of humor. He currently serves as an advisor to the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, where he leverages his real estate and strategic expertise to drive collaborative and successful outcomes.
