Ed Cozzini, an accomplished technical project manager with over 14 years of experience in ballistic missile defense, has a diverse professional background that spans multiple industries. After earning a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, Cozzini spent nearly a decade in the US Army, where he held positions such as Battery Commander, S4 Logistics Officer, and CENTCOM Operations Executive Officer during two wars. In these roles, he managed budgets and oversaw the capital equipment of over US$500 million.

Following his military service, Cozzini transitioned into the private sector, taking on two years as the Solar Thin Film New Factory Support Manager, where he drove the closure of all plant start-up issues for Solar Thin Film panel photovoltaic manufacturers in Asia. Cozzini then spent nine years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment, specializing in Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Atomic Level Deposition (ALD), and Plasma Enhanced CVD (PECVD). During this period, he worked on projects focused on SCADA, Advanced Process Control, and DeviceNet.

Cozzini's exceptional project management skills were honed during his supervisory control of global secure networks and enterprise operations as Information Systems Security manager for the US Army. He also spent over a year on the operations staff at the Army CERT and Global Network Operations and Security Center, where he was responsible for computer emergency response.

Cozzini is actively seeking senior roles in technical project management, information assurance, and operations. He holds an active DoD Top Secret Clearance TS/SCI, CI POLY, and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese after being exposed to the language for nine years.
