	Intimately involved with the initial design of the eScription Solution, as part of the original engineering team for eScription.
	Responsible for the design, implementation, installation, and support of the IntelliScript dictation server.
	Responsible for many components of system integration for the eScription product line, including audio conversion, database interfaces, low and mid level tools, customer notifications, tools for managing unattended servers at customer sites. 
	Responsible for initial integration and optimization of the speech recognition engine used in AutoScript, including profiling, portation, code optimization, implementation of HTK training interfaces, and implementation of testing interfaces.
	Heavily involved in system administration and maintenance, as the only team member with a working understanding of both Windows and Unix system administration and troubleshooting.
	Technical liaison for several customers.

Senior Software Engineer

	Responsible for managing a team of research and development engineers.  Responsibilities included personnel assignment, software development cycle, development planning, maintaining schedules, source code control, and reporting to upper management.  Development deliverables included final product, testing software, demonstration systems, and documentation.
