ED Berman

Born on March 8, 1941, in Lewiston, Maine, Berman is a Harvard graduate and Rhodes Scholar.2 He became a British citizen in 1976 and was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 1979 for his services to community education and community arts.12
