Ajay Gupta is a driven and accomplished professional with an extensive background in investment banking, valuation, entrepreneurship, and audit. Gupta studied a Master of Business Administration at Oxford University's Said Business School with a focus on Corporate Finance, Business Strategy, and Investments, graduating with distinction in the top 10% of the class. He is also a CFA Level 3 candidate and one of the youngest Chartered Accountants in the country, qualifying for his certification at the age of 20.

Gupta began his professional journey as an intern at Mazars Advisory Pvt Ltd and has since held various roles, including Executive at Ernst & Young and Consultant and Assistant Manager at MetLife. At Nangia Advisors, Gupta served as Senior Associate - Investment Banking, and as Project Manager- Embedded Valuation at MetLife. He also founded a food tech start-up, Oyewaiter.com, where he was responsible for finance and operations.
