Lee Waterworth is an accomplished entrepreneur and media innovator with a passion for developing innovative technologies to drive mission-driven companies towards greater success. He is recognized as a pioneer in the media distribution and marketing industry, having built a revolutionary digital distribution and marketing engine called Yekra that changed the way content is distributed to audiences. Waterworth has a wealth of experience in leading companies and projects, having raised over $5M while leading Yekra and built the company into a team of 23. He pioneered a direct-to-consumer model for producers that is now employed by major technology firms worldwide.

Waterworth's background includes an impressive range of creative and technical skills. He studied biology, chemistry, and performing arts at Winstanley College before beginning his career. His impressive work history includes executive positions at notable companies like Clear Compass Media, Cinema Libre Studio, Green Planet Productions, and ONELOVEfor...Music.

Most recently, Waterworth worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the USC Annenberg Norman Lear Center's Media Impact Project. He led the project in a turnaround phase, transforming a media data analytics platform fund by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation into a more effective impact-measuring tool. He then returned to ThriveOn, the media platform founded by Foster and Kimberly Gamble to help launch Thrive Health Access, an innovative new healing modality based on state-of-the-art stem cell technology called HemaLucent.

Waterworth has also been associated with Rythmia, the first legally medically-licensed ayahuasca resort in the world, as well as numerous creators and production houses, assisting with the production and distribution of game-changing content. He also line produced, co-produced and released the sequel to the documentary and community “THRIVE” called THRIVE II: This Is What It Takes in Q4 2020.
