Claire Kinzler is an experienced business and technology leader who specializes in customer-obsessed strategies. She obtained her BS in Communication from The George Washington University after studying at Lawrence Academy. Claire currently serves as the Account Director for Premier Accounts at Forrester. In her role, she works closely with a select group of Forrester's clients, using her unique insights grounded in annual surveys of more than 690,000 consumers and business leaders worldwide, custom consulting, and data analytics to revolutionize how businesses grow. Prior to joining Forrester, she worked as a Director of Sales, Associate Director of Sales, and Corporate Account Executive at VDA Productions, an event production company, and as an Associate Director of Sales at Destination Services Corporation.
