Ferdinand Swart is a successful entrepreneur who has founded multiple sustainable business ventures that aim to solve global issues like climate change and poverty while supporting women's education and empowerment. He is the founder and former chairman of Tree Credits Foundation, an innovative online platform that helps private initiatives in the Tropics register trees they planted and managed to deliver basic income for climate services provided and land ownership for women. Additionally, he co-founded SriToys.com, a company that produces wooden toys for export and ACTI, a trading company that sources and exports SriLankan sustainable products.

Swart is a skilled professional in gamification, industrial and product design, and holistic thinking, which helps him generate unique ideas and design solutions to beat the heat wave and to grow food in roofing units. He studied Industrial and Product Design at Delft University of Technology and completed a Gamification program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ferdinand has been involved in various roles such as Initiator, Chairman, Director Product Development, Director Design, Coordinator, Facilitator, and Consultant in different organizations throughout his career. He was the Initiator of Tree Coin Venture, where he worked on implementing the TreeCredits system globally. He was also the Chairman of Sri Toys International Pvt Ltd and Art & Craft Trading International Pvt Ltd. Moreover, he facilitated SriToys and worked as a consultant for SEEDS, Sarvodaya Economic Enterprise Development Services.
