Moshi Perera is an experienced and adaptable hospitality professional with a passion for leadership, team building, and service quality. Over 20 years, he has worked in six countries, gaining a strong understanding of multicultural environments and the art of managing businesses, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Moshi has worked for notable hotel chains such as Shangri-La, Hyatt, Jumeirah Group, and FRHI Hotels & Resorts. During his tenure, he has managed multiple hotels as General Manager, overseeing pre-opening operations, sales and marketing, and revenue and cost management. He has also demonstrated expertise in customer care, mentoring and guiding teams, and fostering talent development. Moshi's educational background includes a Corporate Management Programme from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from Schiller International University, and O and A levels from Dulwich College.
