Alexander Voronkov is an accomplished corporate finance manager with expertise in executing mergers and acquisitions across various countries. With over a decade of experience, he has successfully led start-up investments, raised capital via bonds, loans, project financing and debt restructuring, and successfully hedged currencies and interest rates. Alexander has completed multi-million-dollar M&A projects in Russia, the UK, Canada, Australia, and Africa related to public and private company acquisitions. Alexander is a Master's degree holder in both Finance and Polymer Physics, and he has also studied Artificial Intelligence. He currently leads Sonovita, and previously held positions at VIY Management, ARMZ Uranium Holding, Arkley Capital, and FBK Company.
