Shawnte´ Arrington is a multi-talented professional, experienced in diverse fields including Full Stack Web Development, Web Programming, Human Resources Management, Billing Administration, and Pharmacy Services. With a degree in Visual and Performing Arts from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a certification in Full Stack Web Development from Coding Dojo, she has developed her skills to become a competent software developer and digital architect.

Shawnte´ is currently the Lead Software Developer at REME, where she formulates innovative strategies with her team to create efficient solutions by combining the knowledge of different technologies. She used to be the Digital Architect at REME before securing her current leadership position. She has also held leadership and management roles at American Solar Direct and Media Temple. Along with her technical expertise, Shawnte´ has experience in People & Culture Management, which makes her a valuable addition to any organization.

In her spare time, Shawnte´ has a passion for co-creation, and she leverages her creativity to design various artwork, graphics and videos for her clients. She is a former co-owner of Lé D, a branding and design agency.
