He has over 7 years of experience in IT risk management, IT internal control, and information systems security. Poublanc is certified CISO and CISM, and has a comprehensive understanding of core banking applications & CIB applications implementation projects with a good knowledge of financial products. He has developed a strong affinity for HR processes, budget monitoring, transformation, and training and is very business-oriented with proven ability to manage people and build consensus.

Poublanc holds a degree in economics and management from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, a Master 1 in Business and computing - MIAGE, and a Master 2 SIEE: IT Audit and Advisory from Université Paris Dauphine.
