Alina Grytsenko is a highly experienced and accomplished Senior IT Recruiter/Team Lead with an impressive background in the human resources industry. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Economy of Labor from the National University of Food Technologies. Throughout her career, Grytsenko has worked for several well-known organizations, including Alcor, SBT Systems Ukraine, and Staff Ukraine.

Before embarking on her recruiting career, Grytsenko worked as a fitness instructor for a children's club at Sport.Life and a sales consultant for "MTI."
