•	Collaborated with a network of external KOLs and clinical research partners on leading the translation strategies that supported Periostin as novel biomarker.
•	Led Asthma Diagnostic team to implement companion diagnostics in phase III program of Lebrikizumab including getting central labs ready for phase III program in accordance with FDA regulation.
•	Participated and supported regulatory meetings with PGWP, Pre-IDE, End of Phase II meeting with FDA and EMA as core member representing biomarker (companion Dx) of Global Development team.
•	Developed and implemented clinical biomarker strategies for late-stage respiratory immunology clinical programs.

•	Developed the statistical algorithm AlloMap containing multiple genes approved under IVDMIA guidance by FDA as an aid in diagnostic for heart transplant (AlloMap).
•	Participated in and contributed to multi-disciplinary groups providing bioinformatics solution for development of predictive algorithm, IP search strategies, SNP annotation and gene databases.
•	Managed clinical study design and sample selection for various studies being carried out in collaboration with various external and internal clinicians.
•	Worked with database programmer to set up an algorithm that automated efficient intellectual property, biomarkers and PubMed searches based on sequences and text.
•	Worked with external legal counsel on the identification, filing, and prosecution of various inventions.
•	Performed the analysis of QPCR data, primer design of various biomarkers for clinical utility.
